Your order
Returns and exchanges
Updated on
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason or paying any penalty (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). You may also withdraw as soon as you have paid, before receiving the order. If the last day falls on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, the period is extended to the next working day.
- From the “Return a piece” page, your account, or the tracking page with your order number and email address, choose the pieces, then “Withdraw from the contract here”, and confirm with “Confirm withdrawal”. An email confirms the content of your declaration, together with the date and time it was sent. You may attach photos of the piece: they are optional, and help us prepare your exchange or refund.
- You do not have to give a reason. Withdrawal entitles you to a refund; if you prefer, we can offer you an exchange (another size, another piece) or a credit note, which you are free to accept or decline.
- Send the piece back, or drop it off at the showroom by appointment, no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision (article L221-23).
You may examine and try on the piece as you would in a boutique. If it comes back worn or damaged, we may deduct the loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, to the extent that this loss in value is real (a missing box or label does not in itself lead to a deduction) (articles L221-23 and L221-24 of the French Consumer Code). For shoes, trying them on a clean, smooth floor keeps the soles intact.
We refund you no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision, for the full amount paid, including the delivery costs of the order (up to the cost of the standard delivery option we offer). We may wait until we have received the piece back, or until you have sent us proof that you have shipped it (article L221-24). The refund is made using the payment method used for the order, at no cost to you.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to a piece made to your specifications or clearly personalised, nor to an advisory service fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose this right (article L221-28).
